Senior Client Advisor
Are you a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) looking for a dynamic, client-focused role in a fast-growing firm? Sidekick Accounting specialises in serving ambitious entrepreneurs, providing expert financial advice that goes beyond compliance. We’re looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team and help our clients master their finances, minimise taxes, and grow their businesses with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a trusted financial partner to our clients, helping them navigate key financial decisions. Your role will be a mix of CFO-level consulting, tax planning, and strategic advisory, with some compliance oversight. Responsibilities include:
- Leading client advisory sessions – Helping business owners set financial goals, track performance, and build wealth.
- Tax strategy and financial planning – Using tools to prepare tax-efficient strategies and ensure clients keep more of what they earn.
- Financial performance analysis – Reviewing key financial reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
- Final review of compliance work – Overseeing tax returns, financial statements, and ensuring high-quality reporting (prepared by our accounting team).
- Coaching and mentoring – Supporting junior team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Business development – Strengthening client relationships, identifying new service opportunities, and contributing to Sidekick’s growth.

What We Offer
- Fully remote role – Work from anywhere in the UK, with quarterly in-person meetups.

- Competitive salary: £43,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
- 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays.
